✨ Club Details & Scheduling
- Recurring Weekly Classes: Classes meet 1x or 2x per week (depending on the club) and continue automatically — no need to re-enroll!
- School-Year Schedule: Our clubs follow a traditional school calendar, running from August through June with short breaks for holidays and vacations so families can plan ahead.
- Ongoing Enrollment: Families can join anytime! All materials are provided in advance so students can participate with confidence. A quiet, focused learning space is recommended for best engagement.
- Flexible Membership: Families can pause or cancel anytime before the next billing cycle — no long-term commitment required.
- Transfer Requests: If a different class time works better, families may request a transfer at least 24 hours in advance (based on availability). To return to your original section, please submit a second request.
- Refunds & Missed Classes: Because each club reserves a dedicated space for your learner, refunds cannot be offered for missed classes or no-shows. Please pause your subscription before the next billing period to avoid charges.
- Class Access & Safety: Only enrolled students may attend and appear on camera. For safety, students should log in using the name under which they’re enrolled. Parents may review class recordings when available.
- Simple, structured, and flexible — our clubs make learning joyful and easy to plan for every family!
