Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Angie’s Bilingual Class maintains these policies for all offerings: Live Spanish Immersion Classes, 1:1 Academic Tutoring, Clubs & Enrichment, Self-Paced Programs, and the Digital Learning Box Subscription. The following guidelines govern refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and transfers so families know what to expect.
Live Spanish Immersion Classes (Outschool-Hosted)

All ongoing classes follow Outschool’s standard refund & cancellation rules. (Full details are available under each course description on Outschool.)

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund if the class has not yet begun.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor before the first meeting, families shall receive a full refund.

Missed classes (no-shows) are not refundable. Each enrolled student’s place is reserved for them and cannot be filled once reserved.

Transfer requests (moving from one section to another) are accepted at least 24 hours in advance. No transfers for missed classes (no-shows).
1:1 Academic Tutoring

All scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, or other communications must occur through the learning platform. This ensures safety, prevents missed messages, and maintains a clear record for both tutor and family.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 8 hours before the scheduled session. If canceled less than 8 hours prior, the session fee will still be billed.

If technical difficulties occur (on your side or the tutor’s) during a session, a rescheduled session shall be arranged without penalty.

In case of emergency, please contact your tutor via the learning platform so that solutions or accommodations may be discussed.
Clubs & Enrichment (Small Group Sessions)
These policies ensure transparency and consistency for all enrolled families participating in our weekly recurring enrichment programs.

Recurring Enrollment:
Clubs operate on a weekly subscription basis. Enrollments automatically renew each week unless the family chooses to pause or cancel prior to the next billing date. -
Pausing Enrollment:
All families may pause their child’s enrollment at any time. To avoid being billed for the upcoming week, the pause request must be submitted before the next weekly billing cycle begins. Pausing does not guarantee that the same class time or seat will remain available upon return. -
Cancellations:
Canceling a subscription immediately ends future billing and releases the student’s reserved seat. Re-enrollment at a later time is subject to availability. -
Missed Sessions:
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, absences, or student no-shows. Each student’s seat is held exclusively for them and cannot be reassigned. -
Make-Up Classes:
Make-up sessions are not offered for any missed or unattended classes. -
Instructor Cancellations:
While extremely rare, if a class must be canceled by the instructor due to an unforeseen or emergency event, families will receive a full refund for that week’s class.
Digital Learning Box Subscription & Self-Paced Programs

Founding Families lock in the $37/month subscription rate through Nov 9, 2025. New subscriptions after that date will be billed at the regular rate of $47/month, or $57 for a one-time purchase. Full access to all materials is granted immediately. Because content is delivered in full at signup, refunds are not offered.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future payments; past payments are not refundable.
