We use two different platforms to differentiate our Academic School from our Enrichment Clubs:
The Spanish Academy (Outschool): Our full curriculum classes (Preschool–1st Grade) are hosted on Outschool, our trusted partner for academic semester courses taught by Profe Angie.
Enrichment Clubs (Website Portal): Our fun cooking, science, and conversation clubs are hosted right here! These clubs are led by the amazing Angie's Bilingual Team (including Profe Carlos and Teacher Angely) to offer a variety of teaching styles and fun topics!

Absolutely! Many learners join with little or no previous Spanish experience. The first few weeks are often a gentle adjustment period as students begin hearing and becoming familiar with the language through songs, conversation, movement, visuals, games, routines, and interactive activities.
In our classes, children are exposed to real, meaningful Spanish in a warm and supportive environment designed to help language grow naturally over time. Some learners may participate right away, while others may spend more time listening and observing at first — both are completely normal parts of the language-learning process.
Young children are at an incredible stage for language development, and with patience, repetition, encouragement, and consistent exposure, confidence and communication skills begin to flourish naturally.
Our goal is always to create a joyful, low-pressure classroom where students feel safe to participate, learn, make mistakes, build confidence, and enjoy their Spanish journey. 💛

Great question! The best fit truly depends on your child’s personality, previous exposure to Spanish, and your family’s goals for language learning. 💛
For some learners, beginning with a conversational beginner class can help build confidence and create a strong foundation before transitioning into a faster-paced full immersion environment. These classes are designed to introduce Spanish in a fun, interactive, and supportive way while helping learners become comfortable hearing and using the language naturally.
At the same time, young children are at an incredible stage for language acquisition, and many learners adapt beautifully in a full immersion environment even if they are completely new to Spanish. During the first few weeks, it is normal for students to go through an adjustment period as they become familiar with hearing Spanish used naturally throughout class.
With patience, consistency, encouragement, and ongoing exposure, many children begin understanding and communicating much faster than families expect. Full immersion can be an incredibly natural and powerful way to help children develop strong bilingual communication skills and long-term academic language growth over time.
Both paths can be wonderful options — it simply depends on the type of learning experience that feels like the best fit for your child and family. 🌈

Language development is a gradual process, and every child moves through it at their own pace. 💛 In bilingual and immersion environments, it is very normal for learners to first spend time listening, observing, and becoming familiar with the language before they begin speaking confidently.
While every learner is different, families often notice growth happening in stages such as:
👂 Listening & Understanding
At first, many children begin by listening carefully and recognizing familiar words, routines, songs, gestures, and classroom phrases. Even if they are not speaking much yet, they are actively absorbing the language.
💬 Single Words & Short Responses
As confidence grows, learners may begin using individual words, repeating phrases, answering simple questions, singing songs, or responding with short expressions in Spanish.
🗣️ Growing Communication
Over time, children begin combining words, participating more independently, understanding directions more easily, and engaging in simple conversations using vocabulary they hear regularly in class.
🌈 Confidence & Natural Language Use
With continued exposure and practice, many learners begin speaking more naturally, understanding longer conversations, expressing ideas more independently, and building stronger academic and conversational language skills.
It is also very common for children to move through a “silent period,” where they may listen more than they speak at first. This is a healthy and normal stage of language learning, especially in immersion-style environments.
The most important thing families can look for is growing comfort, confidence, participation, comprehension, and willingness to engage with the language over time. With patience, encouragement, repetition, and consistent exposure, language skills often grow in beautiful and exciting ways. 🌟

My teaching approach focuses on helping learners feel confident, comfortable, and excited to use Spanish in real-life situations. Classes are designed to be interactive, engaging, and full of meaningful conversation, movement, games, visuals, and hands-on participation that keep learners actively involved from beginning to end.
I use a gradual learning approach where students first hear and observe the language through modeling and repetition, then practice together through guided activities and games, and finally begin applying what they learn independently through conversation, interaction, and real communication.
Rather than memorizing long vocabulary lists, learners build language naturally through routines, repetition, movement, visuals, storytelling, conversation practice, and playful immersion experiences that make Spanish feel approachable and fun.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, encouraging, and supportive classroom environment where students feel safe to participate, make mistakes, build confidence, and truly enjoy learning Spanish.
