Life happens! If you need to switch class times, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to help you transfer to a different session that fits your family’s schedule.

Absolutely! Many of our students come from homes with little or no Spanish exposure. Our teaching style is warm, encouraging, and welcoming to all learners. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to support you every step of the way!

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Since our classes are hosted through Outschool, we follow their policies, which you can find in their policy library. You can also reach out to their support team for assistance. For questions specific to my class offerings, I’m your first point of contact and happy to help.

Yes, new learners receive a coupon for their first class! You can find the coupon in the course description, or feel free to reach out to me directly.

We use two different platforms to differentiate our Academic School from our Enrichment Clubs:

• The Spanish Academy (Outschool): Our full curriculum classes (Preschool–1st Grade) are hosted on Outschool, our trusted partner for academic semester courses taught by Profe Angie.

• Enrichment Clubs (Website Portal): Our fun cooking, science, and conversation clubs are hosted right here! These clubs are led by the amazing Angie's Bilingual Team (including Profe Carlos and Teacher Angely) to offer a variety of teaching styles and fun topics!
