Meet Profe Angie

A Bilingual EC-6th and Spanish EC-12th Certified Teacher with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Digital Literacy from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

My students inspire me to continuously improve as an educator. As a curriculum specialist, I love designing engaging lessons that help students meet their goals. I have been teaching and tutoring Spanish for over 11 years, sharing my native language with students across more than 24 states. My classes are personalized to meet your needs with quality materials for daily practice.

I am also passionate about ESL and Bilingual Education, certified as an EC-6th Bilingual Generalist Instructor.

After supporting nearly 2000 students of all ages and levels, I saw the need for a more fun and targeted approach to language learning.

This inspired me to create Angie's Bilingual Class, offering diverse programs that make learning Spanish & English enjoyable and effective.

It All Started With My Son, Alejandro

When we made the decision to homeschool my son Alejandro, I knew I wanted more than just lessons—I wanted him to become bilingual, to thrive academically in both languages, and to meet all his milestones in a way that felt joyful, connected, and full of purpose.

I imagined a learning space where he could:
🎯 build his academic foundation,
🗣️ practice skills like taking turns, listening, and following directions,
🎨 and explore the world through play, songs, projects, and curiosity-driven fun.

So I got to work—creating lessons, stories, and activities that sparked his love of learning. That’s how Angie’s Bilingual Class was born: with one child in mind, but a heart ready to reach many.

Bilingualism Is Part of My Story, Too

My parents made a great effort to ensure my brother and I kept our first language while becoming fluent in English. They didn’t just raise bilingual kids—they gave us a gift that transformed our lives.

I experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of being bilingual, and I’ve carried that passion into everything I create.

A Class Built With Heart (and Purpose) đź’•

Angie’s Bilingual Class was created to help other families do the same—whether you're raising bilingual kids, teaching them Spanish, or simply looking for meaningful ways to support their development.

We offer immersive programs filled with songs, storytelling, cooking, science, reading, and joyful routines that make learning feel like an adventure. Every lesson is rooted in language, heart, and connection.
