  • Life happens! If you need to switch class times, please let us know in advance. We are always happy to support your family and will do our best to help you transfer to another available session that fits your schedule, if a suitable class time is available.

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask that transfer requests be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Please note that our classes are part of a weekly recurring program, and we are unable to transfer class credit to a different week. Missed classes—including those due to no-shows or technical difficulties on the learner’s end—are not eligible for refunds or make-ups.

If none of the available class times work for a transfer, we kindly encourage families to pause their enrollment for that upcoming week prior to the next billing cycle (by Sunday or before the new week begins).

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. When possible, we are always happy to help you find an alternative session that works best for your family. 💛

  • Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Yes! New learners receive a free first class coupon, which can be found directly in the class description.

Please kindly note that if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we are unfortunately not able to transfer the coupon credit to another week if that class is missed. We truly appreciate your understanding.

If you experience any difficulty applying the coupon, no worries at all! Simply message us prior to your scheduled class, and we will be happy to make a note and refund the coupon credit during your first week of class.

As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are always happy to assist! 💛

  • 1:1 Tutoring is fully personalized for the individual student. Sessions are tailored to your child’s specific needs and goals, whether that includes homework support, conversation practice, reading and writing skills, test preparation, or academic Spanish. Lessons move at the student’s pace and use individualized strategies designed to help them grow with confidence.

Small Group Tutoring brings together students who share similar goals and learning needs in a more collaborative setting. These are pre-formed groups, such as siblings, friends, homeschool learners, or students from the same school, who are looking for a supportive and personalized small group experience while learning together. Sessions still provide guidance and individualized support, while also encouraging conversation, teamwork, and peer interaction.

✨ If you have questions about which option may be the best fit for your learner, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we are always happy to help!

  • Since our classes are hosted through Outschool, we follow their policies, which you can find in their policy library. You can also reach out to their support team for assistance. For questions specific to my class offerings, I’m your first point of contact and happy to help.

  • All of our classes are hosted through Outschool, making it simple and convenient for families to access everything in one place.

If you ever have questions about the platform or need support, both the Outschool team and our team are here to help—we’re always happy to guide you! 💛

If you have questions about the class, materials, or need guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we are always happy to support you and help guide you every step of the way. 💛

  • Our small group tutoring sessions are designed for pre-formed groups of students with shared learning goals, such as siblings, friends, classmates, homeschool groups, or learners who already know one another and would like to learn together in a more personalized setting.

We understand that schedules, extracurricular activities, sports, and special events may occasionally affect attendance, and short-term changes are completely understandable.

However, if a small group consistently drops to only one active learner for more than two consecutive weeks, families may be asked to transition temporarily into a 1:1 tutoring option while they work on reforming their group.

Please note that small groups are not automatically rebuilt or reassigned by our team, as these are family-created and pre-formed learning groups.

If a group chooses to pause services, the original scheduled time is not guaranteed to remain available, as scheduling may shift based on current enrollments and availability.

✨ If you have any questions about scheduling, group setup, or transitioning between tutoring options, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we are always happy to help support your learner’s success.

  • Yes! We are happy to work with families, homeschool groups, learning co-ops, schools, charter programs, enrichment programs, and other educational organizations interested in customized live small group instruction for groups of approximately 6–12 learners.

These classes may be designed around your group’s specific goals and needs, including Spanish conversation, academic support, homework help, reading and writing skills, enrichment classes, test preparation, or full Spanish learning experiences.

Pricing and group options may vary depending on factors such as:
    ✨ Group size
