Secure Online Classroom: All tutoring takes place in a professional online classroom environment using a licensed video platform. This ensures a safe, reliable, and distraction-free space for learning.

Communication: For privacy and safety, all communication between tutor and student remains within our learning system.

Tutoring Lessons: To get the most from each session, please share topics, homework, or materials at least one hour before class. This helps us tailor lessons specifically to your childās needs.

Learning Approach: Profe Carlos adapts lessons for each studentāwhether itās reading intervention, writing support, or homework help.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Because we prepare materials in advance and reserve the time exclusively for your child, we kindly ask for at least 8 hoursā notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This policy helps us provide the best experience possible and ensures our tutorsā time is respected. We truly appreciate your understanding, as it allows us to continue offering high-quality, personalized support to every family.
