Secure Online Coaching Environment: All coaching sessions take place in a professional online learning environment using a licensed video platform. This ensures a secure, reliable, and distraction-free experience for every participant.

Communication: For privacy and security, all communication between coaches and participants remains within our learning and scheduling systems whenever possible.

Session Preparation: To maximize the value of each session, please share assignments, presentations, goals, discussion topics, or materials at least one hour before your scheduled session whenever possible. This allows us to prepare personalized support tailored to your needs.

Coaching Approach: Each session combines structured instruction, guided practice, real-world application, meaningful conversation, and personalized feedback designed to support measurable growth and long-term confidence.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Because preparation time is reserved specifically for each participant, we kindly request at least 8 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy helps us maintain scheduling availability and provide high-quality, personalized support to all learners, professionals, and organizations we serve.

Yes! Depending on your goals and the focus of your sessions, tutors may provide study guides, review materials, practice activities, vocabulary lists, grammar support, or other supplemental resources to support your learning.
To ensure your tutor has adequate preparation time, we kindly ask that requests for custom review materials, exam preparation resources, or topic-specific practice activities be made before your first scheduled session whenever possible.
Please note that while tutors may provide practice materials, grading, detailed feedback, or formal review of completed activities is not automatically included. If you would like assignments, essays, study guides, practice exams, or other materials reviewed outside of your scheduled lesson time, this must be discussed and agreed upon with your tutor in advance.

All coaching sessions are conducted through Zoom using a licensed Zoom account to provide a secure, reliable, and professional learning experience.
Once your session is scheduled, you will receive a personalized meeting invitation containing your Zoom link and session details. Sessions are scheduled in advance through our integrated scheduling system to ensure a smooth and organized experience for both participants and instructors.
We recommend joining a few minutes early, testing your audio and video settings beforehand, and connecting from a quiet location whenever possible to maximize the value of your session.

Through TutorBird, participants can schedule and manage sessions, access payment information, receive important updates, communicate with their instructor, and view lesson-related resources.
Depending on the program and instructor, practice activities, review materials, announcements, and other session-related information may also be shared through the platform.
We kindly ask participants to regularly monitor their email and TutorBird account for important scheduling updates and communication from their instructor.
